Fall Prevention Exercises For Everyone

One out of three adults age 65 and older falls each year. In this video, seniors will learn about exercises to prevent falls with a program called Best for Seniors, sponsored by Bethany HomeHealth Services. It is a unique program of exercises designed specifically for older adults. The program’s primary objective is to reduce the likelihood of falling or sustaining injury while lifting, turning, bending or reaching during normal daily life activities. Bethany’s physical therapists work with patients in regaining their balance and in strength training during rehabilitation after injuries sustained from falls.
